3 Step Service Delivery Model

Step 1: Parent Interview, Child Assessment, and Treatment Planning

• 30-minute parent interview meeting via phone/Zoom.

• 2x 60-minute assessment sessions with the child.

• Individualized treatment plan and goals provided.

• 30-minute parent follow-up meeting to review assessment results and treatment plan.

  $496 total cost

Step 2: Individual Intervention Support

• Weekly virtual sessions: option of 45 minutes or 60 minutes

• Recommended 5 minutes at the end for progress updates with parent.

• Intervention provided in intervals with periodic progress monitoring and assessment.

  $124 (45 min) per session
  $154 (60 min) per session

Step 3: Supplementary Support

• Student handouts and weekly at-home activities to encourage transfer of skills.

• At parent request, collaboration with other professionals (ie. classroom teacher) to provide recommendations.

Speech-Language Pathology services are covered by most insurance plans. You will be provided a payment receipt after each session that you can submit to your insurance provider.

Note: Due to travel, in-home or in-community sessions have a higher cost associated with them.
